At Mystic, guests are invited to experience two distinct multi-course journeys — Fauna or Biota— each offering a unique perspective on place and time.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menus are also available.
The Discovery Menu is a blind tasting—an intimate, multi-course experience created in real time. There is no set menu; each dish is crafted from the ingredients our chefs are most inspired by in the moment.
You’ll be seated at the Galley, with a front-row view of the kitchen. Here, you’ll witness the unfolding of a meal that reflects the interplay of time, texture, and taste—featuring elements that may only appear for a night, a weekend, or a fleeting moment in the season.
