At Mystic, we offer two signature tasting menus—Fauna and Biota—designed to take you on a guided journey through land and sea.
Each eight-course progression reflects a dialogue between land and sea, inspired by Nova Scotia’s evolving landscape and ingredients. Through refined technique and creative interpretation, familiar elements are transformed into something entirely new.
Menus change with the seasons, shaped by what the region offers at its peak.

Discovery Menu
The Discovery Menu offers an intimate, front-row experience at the Galley, the space where kitchen and dining room converge, blurring the line between preparation and presentation.
Each evening, a limited number of guests are seated within the rhythm of the kitchen itself to experience an eight-course tasting created in real time. Ingredients, techniques, and inspiration shift nightly, as the team responds to the season and to the moment.
The Discovery Menu allows for limited accommodation due to its seasonal, in-the-moment nature. All other menus can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs.
Short Form Menu
The Short Form Menu is a four-course tasting offered during our early and late seating each evening.
For those seeking an abridged version of the Mystic experience, the Short Form Menu offers a four courses that begins with a series of snacks, followed by mains and dessert. Drawing inspiration from our other menus, this experience captures the essence of Mystic in a shorter format, with select choices available throughout the progression.

The Unwritten Bar
The Unwritten Bar Program offers something quietly radical — a guided tasting of two bespoke cocktails, each paired with a chef-curated course.
With a limited number of seats available each evening, this intimate experience is offered exclusively at our bar seats. Guests are invited to select Bar when reserving to
access this option.
As each cocktail is prepared before you, guests are taken through the flavours, elements, and stories that inspired them — an exploration of craft, technique, and the dialogue between bar and kitchen.
Beverage Menus
Mystic’s beverage program mirrors the spirit of our kitchen, rooted in place, guided by craft, and shaped by the season.
Our cocktail list is built on house-made bitters, syrups, and infusions using locally foraged and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
The wine list spans the globe, curated to complement the rhythm and philosophy of our food, while our Scotch program offers rare pours and quiet rituals to be savoured.
