On Sunday, July 20, Mystic presents a one-night-only tasting experience that celebrates our natural shift from daylight to dusk.
As the evening unfolds, so too does a layered, sensory story—part meal, part conversation. Between eight courses, our bartender will step out from behind the bar to share the inspiration and techniques behind each pairing—from tinctures and infusions to ingredients harvested under moonlight.
Fans of the Unwritten Bar program will recognize the quiet magic of Mystic’s bar team: thoughtful, irreverent, and a little wild – perfectly in tune with the full moon overhead.
This is a communal table for just 28 guests—an evening where food, drink, and storytelling are served in equal measure.

For those seeking a shorter, more focused moment, The Unwritten Bar Program offers something quietly radical – a guided tasting of two bespoke cocktails, each paired with a chef-curated bite.
Each element crafted using precise, innovative techniques including ultrasonic rapid infusion, siphon whippers, house-fermented components—all grounded in raw, regional ingredients.
The experience unfolds in approximately an hour, available exclusively at our limited bar seats. Only a few seats available each evening.
